The following is an EZ Weight Loss Hypno-Nutrition Series of Classes (8 classes total). These a designed to be easily processed and understood by both your conscious as well as your sub-conscious mind. Each class is divided into 2 segments: Cognitive and Hypnotic. The cognitive part consists of easy-to-understand information, discussion, Q&As, and even recipes to support all presented material! Segment #2 consists of 30-45 minutes of hypnotic imagery that allows your subconscious to retain all the above-presented information providing you not only with the necessary knowledge to achieve your health goal but also motivating you to take affirmative action to make this journey enjoyable and exciting, and to attain your goal(s) in the shortest amount of time possible! These EZ Weight Loss Hypno-Nutrition Series are on-going. Therefore, you may start with any one of the 8 classes, and continue at your own pace.
