$39.50 for 1 hr

$71.00 for 2 hrs

$98.00 for 3 hrs

$152.00 per day

NOTE: if you, for example, need only 1 ½ hrs, please round it off to 2 hrs. In addition to your selected number of hours, you will be given free 30 minutes: 15 minutes to set up and 15 minutes to clear out.

 If renting for 3+ hours:

$50 refundable security deposit required for Unicorn Room.

$100 refundable security deposit required for Event room.

CONFERENCE ROOM RENTALS 

Our Executive Conference Room comfortably seats 10-15 people.

Rent: $30.50/hr, $53.00 for 2hrs, and $80.00 for 3hrs.

 CONFERENCE ROOM INCLUDES:

• Electric

• Drinking Water          

• Bathroom

• Aromatherapy, candles, etc.

• 15 Chairs

• Shiatsu Mat

• Table and/or Massage Tables

• Easel with Dry Eraser Presentation Board

• Advertising on Transformations’ Web Site and at least 2 e-newsletter promotions

OFFICE RENTALS

$683/month, on a full-time basis.  Plus $35/mo for advertising with us: in-house newsletter, weekly e-newsletter, on our web site and a link to your web site - (optional)  $25/week for secretarial help (optional). Includes FREE use of Event and/or Conference Room 2 hours a month (non-transferable).

$485/mo if renting for only 3 days a week.   Includes FREE use of Event and/or Conference Room 1 hour a month (non- transferable).

$422/mo if renting for 2 days a week.

$268/mo if renting for 1 day a week.

Refundable Security Deposit equals to 1 month’s rent

NOTE: Secretarial help and advertising is optional (see above).
